The Brand Historian™

and this is my Speaker Packet

One body of research and three proven directions, built around what your audience needs.

Chirag Speaks on a conference stage in front of a full room
every talk built for your room

Which talk fits your event?

Find the direction for your room.

Every keynote draws on the same 500-year research foundation and the same engine, the Brand Clarity Framework™. The direction depends on what your event needs.

The flagship keynote

Good Brands Don’t Whisper

For conferences, sales and marketing audiences, and industry associations.

The signature talk, delivered on stages for Google, Shopify, HubSpot, Meet Magento, NTCA, and AHFA. Your audience learns why the era of data and the last click is ending, why identity and narrative are what customers reach for in uncertain times, and how to build a brand message simple enough to survive the coming noise. They leave with the full three-move framework and small, doable actions they can start the week they get home.

The internal alignment variation

The Fabric of Us

For leadership summits, offsites, and organizations that need thousands of people telling one story.

Developed further when Google leadership brought Chirag in to advise on aligning teams of thousands. Teams learn how narrative reorganizes a company from the inside, how to communicate their value to stakeholders, and how a single shared story gets an entire org pulling in one direction.

The personal brand variation

By My Pen

For universities, emerging leaders, and corporate development programs.

Delivered at Baruch, Lafayette, and inside Google. The same architecture applied to a person: knowing your stories is where confidence and agency come from, and your story will be written either way. Let’s make sure it’s by your pen.

Have a different need? These are directions, not a menu. Chirag builds talks around a specific industry, theme, or challenge, and also delivers workshops, virtual sessions, panels, emcee work, and multi-hour intensives. Every program travels, too: he books multi-event tours for organizations that want the message to carry across chapters, regions, or a full event series. Reach out with the need and he’ll design around it.

How does it work?

A process built to make you look great

Booking a speaker is a bet you make in front of your whole organization. This process exists so it never feels like one.

  1. Reach out.

Email Chirag@ChiragSpeaks.com or use the form with your event, dates, and audience.

  2. The fit call (30 minutes).

Your event, your audience, your goals. You leave the call with a clear recommendation and a quote in writing within 5 days.

  3. The agreement.

A simple contract and a 50% deposit reserve your date, usually inside a week.

  4. The deep dive (45 minutes).

A working session with your organizing team: event themes, sponsors, sensitivities, the outcomes you’re being measured on.

  5. The attendee focus group.

Chirag sits down with 3 to 4 of your regular attendees to hear the room before he writes for it. Their real pressures, language, and history shape the talk. Almost no keynote speaker does this. It’s why audiences keep saying “it felt like he was one of us.”

  6. Slides shared before the talk.

Full deck delivered in advance for your review, your compliance team, and your AV crew.

  7. The night before, when the schedule allows.

Chirag tries to get to your city early, on his own time, to walk it and pick up local stories. When it works out, they show up on stage the next day, and your attendees notice.

  8. Showtime.

High energy and hands free, and your room on its feet by the end. Every slide carries a QR code to post-talk resources built for your event, so the talk keeps working after the applause.

  9. The wrap.

Final invoice with the remaining 50%, and nothing on it you haven’t already seen. Your attendees keep the resources, and you get the credit for finding him.

What does he need? | A rider kept simple on purpose

  • In the night before when the schedule allows, on stage the day of, out the next day.
  • One stage requirement: a lav or headset microphone, never a handheld. His hands are part of the talk.
  • A 45-minute deep dive with your organizing team and 3 to 4 attendees for the focus group, both on video, a few weeks out.

Every talk is built on the Brand Clarity Framework. See the framework →

Run an association conference?

This is his favorite room

If you run an industry association event, you already know the pattern. Outside speakers show up with a generic deck, your members politely check their phones, and next year the board asks why you paid for it.

Chirag built his reputation breaking that pattern. At Meet Magento (e-commerce developers), NTCA (rural broadband co-ops), and AHFA (home furnishings), he arrived already fluent in the industry’s own history and delivered it with the energy of a TV personality. Your members get a speaker who has studied their world and a show they’ll be retelling at next year’s event. You get to be the organizer who found him.

What do organizers say?

In their own words

“Chirag gracefully hosted, ‘entertained’ may be more accurate, our international team conference with 400+ attendees and was a highlight of the experience. His natural charisma and showmanship ensured that everyone felt included, engaged in the content, and most of all, enjoyed the show. He masterfully balances pizzazz with business acumen and professionalism to put on quite the show. Everyone loved him, don’t hesitate to learn why!”

Riley, international team conference, 400+ attendees

“Chirag is truly THE Brand Historian. The combination of his expertise, wit, and energetic personality are all key to a thriving conference. He provided tools that I have yet to see at any other marketing conference. His story is one for history. Your attendees will be grateful to be a part of it.”

Anndi, marketing conference attendee

“Engaging and polished from start to finish,” “a pleasure working with you throughout planning and post event.”

Sadie O., Google for Startups

“…we were 100% pleased with your presentation and your efforts to target it specifically to the needs of our diverse audience! It was relevant to all of the marketing executives in the room, regardless of whether they represented B2C or B2B companies.”

Patricia B., VP of Communications, American Home Furnishings Alliance (AHFA)
