every talk built for your room

Which talk fits your event?

Find the direction for your room.

Every keynote draws on the same 500-year research foundation and the same engine, the Brand Clarity Framework™. The direction depends on what your event needs.

Keynotes, workshops, and virtual sessions. We agree the format and length around your audience and agenda.

The flagship keynote

Good Brands Don’t Whisper

For conferences, sales and marketing audiences, and industry associations.

People are already talking about your brand. What words are they using, and are those the words you want them to use? Drawing on 500 years of brand history, Chirag connects stories from your industry to the choices your audience is making today. They learn how to explain what makes them different, find the stories that carry that message, and share them in ways people can remember and retell.

Delivered for Google, Shopify, HubSpot, Meet Magento, NTCA, and AHFA.

The internal alignment variation

The Fabric of Us

For leadership summits, offsites, and teams that need many people telling one story.

Ask people in different teams what the company does, and you may hear very different stories. This session looks at how a shared story helps people explain the value of their work and understand where the organization is going. Developed further through Chirag’s work with Google leadership on aligning teams of thousands, it gives your audience a way to start connecting their own team’s work to that bigger story.

The personal brand variation

By My Pen

For universities, emerging leaders, and corporate development programs.

When someone asks what you do, a list of titles can only tell them so much. By My Pen applies the same framework to a person: the words you want to be known for, the stories from your own life that support them, and the confidence that comes from knowing those stories. Your story will be written. Let’s make sure it’s by your pen.

Delivered at Baruch, Lafayette, and inside Google.

Have a different need? These are directions, not a menu. Chirag builds talks around a specific industry, theme, or challenge, and also delivers workshops, virtual sessions, panels, emcee work, and multi-hour intensives. Every program travels, too: he books multi-event tours for organizations that want the message to carry across chapters, regions, or a full event series. Reach out with the need and he’ll design around it.

Emcee & moderator

Who’s hosting your event?

I emcee global summits and host Talks at Google conversations in New York with authors and cultural figures.

If you’re looking for someone to host your event or moderate a conversation, tell me about the people on stage, the people in the audience, and what you want them to take away.

“Chirag gracefully hosted, ‘entertained’ may be more accurate, our international team conference with 400+ attendees and was a highlight of the experience. His natural charisma and showmanship ensured that everyone felt included, engaged in the content, and most of all, enjoyed the show. He masterfully balances pizzazz with business acumen and professionalism to put on quite the show. Everyone loved him, don’t hesitate to learn why!”

How does it work?

A process built to make you look great

Booking a speaker is a bet you make in front of your whole organization. This process exists so it never feels like one.

  1. Reach out.

Email Chirag@ChiragSpeaks.com or use the form with your event, dates, and audience.

  2. The fit call (30 minutes).

Your event, your audience, your goals. You leave the call with a clear recommendation and a quote in writing within 5 days.

  3. The agreement.

A simple contract and a 50% deposit reserve your date, usually inside a week.

  4. The deep dive (45 minutes).

A working session with your organizing team: event themes, sponsors, sensitivities, the outcomes you’re being measured on.

  5. The attendee focus group.

Chirag sits down with 3 to 4 of your regular attendees to hear what is on their minds. Their real pressures, language, and history shape the talk.

  6. Slides shared before the talk.

Full deck delivered in advance for your review, your compliance team, and your AV crew.

  7. The night before, when the schedule allows.

Chirag tries to get to your city early, on his own time, to walk it and pick up local stories. When it works out, they show up on stage the next day, and your attendees notice.

  8. Showtime.

High energy, hands free, and plenty of conversation with the room. Your attendees get a QR code to resources built for your event, so they can keep working with the ideas after the talk.

  9. The wrap.

Final invoice with the remaining 50%, and nothing on it you haven’t already seen. Your attendees keep the resources, and you get the credit for finding him.

What does he need? | A rider kept simple on purpose

  • Chirag aims to arrive the night before and depart the day after, subject to the event schedule.
  • One stage requirement: a lav or headset microphone, never a handheld. His hands are part of the talk.
  • A 45-minute deep dive with your organizing team and 3 to 4 attendees for the focus group, both on video, a few weeks out.

Every talk is built on the Brand Clarity Framework. See the framework →

Run an association conference?

This is his favorite room

If you run an industry association event, you already know the pattern. Outside speakers show up with a generic deck, your members politely check their phones, and next year the board asks why you paid for it.

Chirag built his reputation breaking that pattern. At Meet Magento (e-commerce developers), NTCA (rural broadband co-ops), and AHFA (home furnishings), he arrived already fluent in the industry’s own history and delivered it with the energy of a TV personality. Your members get a speaker who has studied their world and a show they’ll be retelling at next year’s event. You get to be the organizer who found him.

“…we were 100% pleased with your presentation and your efforts to target it specifically to the needs of our diverse audience! It was relevant to all of the marketing executives in the room, regardless of whether they represented B2C or B2B companies.”
