Book Chirag

Let’s build your event’s most memorable hour.

Tell me about your audience and what you want this event to do for them. You don’t need to have a talk picked out. My speaker packet reaches your inbox within minutes, then we can explore the fit on a 30-minute call. Have a date in mind? Put it in the event details and I’ll follow up with availability.

How does it work?

A process built to make you look great

Booking a speaker is a bet you make in front of your whole organization. This process exists so it never feels like one.

  1. Reach out.

Email Chirag@ChiragSpeaks.com or use the form with your event, dates, and audience.

  2. The fit call (30 minutes).

Your event, your audience, your goals. You leave the call with a clear recommendation and a quote in writing within 5 days.

  3. The agreement.

A simple contract and a 50% deposit reserve your date, usually inside a week.

  4. The deep dive (45 minutes).

A working session with your organizing team: event themes, sponsors, sensitivities, the outcomes you’re being measured on.

  5. The attendee focus group.

Chirag sits down with 3 to 4 of your regular attendees to hear the room before he writes for it. Their real pressures, language, and history shape the talk. Almost no keynote speaker does this. It’s why audiences keep saying “it felt like he was one of us.”

  6. Slides shared before the talk.

Full deck delivered in advance for your review, your compliance team, and your AV crew.

  7. The night before, when the schedule allows.

Chirag tries to get to your city early, on his own time, to walk it and pick up local stories. When it works out, they show up on stage the next day, and your attendees notice.

  8. Showtime.

High energy and hands free, and your room on its feet by the end. Every slide carries a QR code to post-talk resources built for your event, so the talk keeps working after the applause.

  9. The wrap.

Final invoice with the remaining 50%, and nothing on it you haven’t already seen. Your attendees keep the resources, and you get the credit for finding him.

What does he need? | A rider kept simple on purpose

  • In the night before when the schedule allows, on stage the day of, out the next day.
  • One stage requirement: a lav or headset microphone, never a handheld. His hands are part of the talk.
  • A 45-minute deep dive with your organizing team and 3 to 4 attendees for the focus group, both on video, a few weeks out.

What do organizers say?
